Hey Kelly! 👋 We'd love to know -- where in the world are you? What do you like about it? Dislike?

I live in Zachary, Louisiana, which is a small suburb of Baton Rouge. I love living in a small town where the biggest complaint is the size of the chicken tenders at the local fast-food restaurant. I love living close to my nieces and nephews and being able to see my family every single week. I dislike how dang hot it gets here in Louisiana... Don't come visit June - September. LOL.

What’s your favorite way to create content? What’s your favorite way to consume it? Why?

My favorite way to create content is written content because it comes very natural to me. My favorite way to consume content is written content. Don't send me a video. I will not watch it. LOL.

Describe your dream client.

Physical and digital product sellers who have a product they love and who want to reach more customers by working with affiliate partners. My dream client is someone who wants to practice ethical affiliate marketing and is NOT looking for a get-rich-quick type of affiliate program but instead wants to build relationships within their affiliate program so that it's a mutually beneficial relationship between everyone involved. Why is that person a dream client? How would you help them?

I typically help my dream clients through my ✨Make More✨ Together 4-Week Intensive for Product Sellers. It's my absolute FAVORITE way to support product sellers because it allows me to really dig into your affiliate program as you are setting it up and lets me make sure that you are setting up a strong foundation for your program from the start.

What’s a funny anecdote, related to your area of expertise, that you can’t believe you did (or believed)?

I used to believe that it was hard to get people with certain audience sizes to say yes to being an affiliate for you, especially if they didn't know who you are. But, I have a template that helps my clients {and myself!} get more YESes to our pitches, even by the folks we think would never say yes to us.

How would you describe MV to an online business owner who’s never heard of it?

MemberVault is a very powerful platform for delivering your digital offers. It has all the bells and whistles you need without being overwhelming to use. It's very customizable and allows you to track how people are interacting with your offers.

What made you decide to use MV? Why do you keep using MV?

Erin and I were in a mastermind together in 2017, and that's how I hear about MV. I love the MV features {very easy to navigate as a user and as an admin} and their online community is one of my favorites to participate in.

What frustrates or annoys you about using MV?

Honestly, nothing frustrates me about it BUT I wouldn't mind if we could have internal names on our products that only WE see but not our customers.
