Hello, and welcome back to another user spotlight. My name is Remi Oduyemi. I'm the user success Lead here at Membervault. And each week I get to interview another MV user. And we get to talk about their accounts, what they're doing in their accounts, and hopefully share some good ideas and inspirations for you about how you can use your MV. So this week, I am joined by Irish fiddle coach Hannah Graham. Hi, Hannah Graham, how are you?

I'm very well, thank you.

Thank you so much for joining us today. And I'm really looking forward to this because I don't know anything about the Irish fiddle.
Okay, so tell me when you're using MemberVault, who are you really trying to talk to and attract into your MemberVault to sell your services? Who's your ideal client?

Hannah Graham  
Mostly people who already know how to play the violin or the fiddle. And they've got some basic knowledge of Irish fiddling, but they're wanting to learn how to get the real feel for the music, because it's one thing to you know, take up classical violin and then Irish is a totally different style requires a whole different set of techniques. And since I'm classically trained myself, I can go in and show them how to go about sounding more like an Irish fiddler.

And do you do this like one to one coaching or is a small group? So how are you using MemberVault to teach teach people the Irish fiddle,

Hannah Graham  
So I do one to one, but right now, MemberVault is more for hosting my course. So I have an online Irish fiddle bowing course. So all about bow technique and whatnot. And that's also just to get people into my space. So I have my freebie. I've started this whole, you know, weekly email series of free fiddle tips. And I don't do weekly emails anymore. But I started to run out of tip ideas and come back and recycle. But now what I do is I just like how's all the tips in member vault? So instead of just somebody coming in and not having access to any of the old tips, they can go back in and see the whole shebang with? Oh,

Cool. And so your course is that also for somebody who has got a bit of experience? Not like for complete beginners? Yeah, yeah. Okay, cool. And so we were gonna talk about how you're driving traffic to your MemberVault, do you want to talk us through what platforms or social media platforms are using that is driving people into your MemberVault to come and buy your courses and your programs?

Hannah Graham  
Sure, so you did a podcast at this point, it was a few weeks ago, I think, on Facebook, and I actually use primarily YouTube and a little bit of Instagram. So YouTube is like, where I have my tutorial videos, they get an idea of my teaching style. And then in the video, I'm saying, if you want to be a part of my free fiddle tip Vault, which I you know, had to add the vault in there to make it all all related to MemberVault. So you can unlock the vault, you can go in and join that and get more tips. So YouTube is kind of my spot for, like the the teaser of the teaser.

Remi Oduyemi  
Yeah. So in the descriptions, are you driving people to come over to your MV?  brilliant? Yeah. How often do you post on YouTube?

Hannah Graham  
Usually once every two weeks again, sometimes it's a seasonal thing where I like a season and pull back a little bit. But I find that as long as it's somewhat consistent, and people know that I'm still doing things. It doesn't have to be every single week, it can still just be like little reminders of hey, there's this thing that I have for you. there for me. Yeah.

And what else did you say, Instagram? Is that the other one?

Hannah Graham  
Yeah, Instagram is more I see it more as a relationship building platform. So I would probably spend more time in the DM's trying to connect with my ideal client and checking out their page and seeing what all they're up how I can help if they post any fiddle videos, some of them don't. So that can always be a little tricky, but it's nice to build the relationships.

I'm guessing because what you do is quite neat. Have you got your own like niched hashtag that you use on Instagram?

Hannah Graham  
I was using fiddle forays for a while. Yeah, that was more in like my blogging days. But occasionally I'll throw that one in the in the mix of

Remi Oduyemi  
I like that. So using MemberVault What do you like the best about using MemberVault for selling your courses and your programs?

Hannah Graham  
I love that it's so flexible and like I could literally come up with a new product idea and then you know, go through a little checklist and throw it up maybe a week or so or a month or so later. Yeah, and just have it available. So I like with my course I want to do a live workshop version. So I'm going to do this in August where I let people take kind of essentially each module, but it's going to be live instead of going through the pre recorded course. And it's almost like market research in a way of which method is going to work better, but member vault houses all of those options, so yeah,

Remi Oduyemi  
yeah. And what sort of tools are you using at the moment to sort of support your member vaullt growth in your customer journey?

Hannah Graham  
Use Active Campaign for emails I just switched over from MailChimp. So I'm still getting another ropes, but i Yes, our Active Campaign. I love Canva Canva pro account is just the way to go.

Remi Oduyemi  
I mean, that's like a Netflix payment. It's just like standard the Canva pro now it's like I haven't opened it nevertheless, the tab has never closed. I'm with you. I love Canva it's very good. So Canva, ActiveCampaign anything else that you're particularly using?

Hannah Graham  
I'm fairly low tech. I mean, I've got acuity for scheduling I still have my Squarespace website and that's also because I do performance as well as teaching so MemberVault is kind of my teaching side and then you know if you want to hear me play live and my website how's this both better than my element?

Remi Oduyemi  
Yeah. Oh, that's so cool. Before we wrap anything else you wanted to share about running your courses on member vault or the community or anything like that before we go

Oh, well I love it all.

We love having you and I you know I've run quite a few co working sessions and stuff but it's always nice to see you're happy smiley face attending these these sort of workshops and things that we put on so I love to see you in those sessions and I think some more are going to be coming back very soon me and Aaron are just figuring out what we're going to be doing but they'll be coming back soon but it's always a pleasure to see you and yeah, maybe we need to have like the MV fiddle session Irish fiddle session somewhere somehow make some magic happen so we can get to hear you play. Because yeah,
